Orvani London does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in the sense used by privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

What we do with your data

We use the personal data you give us to take and fulfil your order, arrange delivery, handle returns and answer your questions. We share it only with the service providers who make that possible — payment processing, fulfilment, shipping, customer support, analytics and fraud prevention. Those providers act on our instructions under contract and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Tell us which right you are exercising and give us the email address or order number linked to your data so that we can find your records. We may need to verify your identity before we act. There is no charge, and we will respond within one month.

You may also use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf, provided we can verify their authority to act for you.

We will never treat you differently — worse prices, worse service, fewer products — for exercising a privacy right.
