Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every UK order, and every parcel is tracked. Shipping is confirmed at checkout before you pay, so there is nothing to work out in advance. We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
How can I make sure it will fit me properly?
Every product page has a Size Guide next to the size selector, and it opens the measurements for that exact item. Clothing shows chest, waist, hips and height in centimetres; footwear shows foot length in centimetres.
Measure yourself and compare with the table rather than going by the size you usually buy, because sizing varies between styles. Where a garment runs oversized or comes in half sizes, the guide says so, and the note under the table tells you which way to go if you are between two sizes.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, then spend 6 to 10 business days in transit. That is 7 to 13 business days in total to the UK.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates: customs, carrier delays or severe weather can add time. Full details are in our Shipping Policy, linked in the footer.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves us we email you a tracking number and a link. The first carrier scan can take up to 48 hours to appear, so an empty tracking page on day one is normal.
If the email has not arrived, check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact us with your order number and we will resend it.
I have an issue with my order. How can I contact you?
Email info@orvanilondon.com or submit a ticket through our Contact page. We reply Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 CET, in the order messages arrive, so anything sent over the weekend is picked up on Monday.
Please include your order number. If it is about a damaged or incorrect item, attach a photo as well: that usually lets us resolve it in one reply instead of three.
